1987 Stamp Issues
In 1987, internal conflicts in the Partije Komuniste tal' Musograd broke out which even led to military conflicts in the eastern part of the country, the Balanda regions. A radical faction of Anarcho-Syndicalists, supported by Air Force officers, was able to gain the upper hand and take over the party and government. Only 3 stamps were issued in that year, all of them high-value ones.
Definitive Issue - High Values
Two high value stamps were issued in May 1987, as se tenant pairs. The design was a simple number based one, the values selected to cover various types of parcels and courier letters.

Commemorative Issue "26th Congress of PKM"
In December 1987, the historic 26th Congress of the PKM took place, in which the radical Anarcho-Syndicalist ASCOM faction finalized its grip on power. A high value stamp was issued to celebrate the event.
