  • One of the most successful space missions of the last decades was the Cassini / Huygens mission to Saturn and its moons, by NASA and ESA. The Musogradian Space Agency MSA was not involved in any way other than of interested observation of the results. On 2005.01.14, the Huygens lander landed successfully on the moon Titan, transmitting images of a fascinating landscape formed by liquid hydrocarbons. Some of those images are depicted on the miniature sheet issued by Posta tal Musograd

Commemorative Issue "Balangrad Capital Territory Inauguration"

  • On 2005.04.01, the capital of the Federation was moved from Musograd City to Balangrad City. At the same time, Balangrad City was converted into a separate entity, the Balangrad Capital Territory. The miniature sheet shows a view over the large forests west of Balangrad City.

Commemorative Issue "General Roon"

  • In 2005, a nationalist movement called "Patriotic Movement of Musograd Azad" (Free Musograd) ruled over the double province of Musograd and Mohuc. They felt a deep relationship with certain German officers, Gen. Moltke and Gen. Roon - the Musogradian office in Balangrad City then being located at the intersection of Roon and Moltke Street. The left stamp shows General Roon, the right one both General Roon and Moltke, while the central one does display Roon Street, not the Balangrad City one but the one in Swakopmund, Namibia. It is not known if this was by purpose or by error.

  • To cover the demand of M$ 2.00 stamps, an additional issue was printed in May, with the Roon Street stamp splitted in two M$ 2.00 stamps. Due to technical issues, the information line was distributed over both stamps.

  • In Summer 1985, Posta tal Musograd issued their first printed stamps, using a then brand new IBM PC XT and a 9-needle matrix printer to produce two stamps, one 8c and one 9c, displaying the historic state name "Musberg". Earlier stamp issues are known, but those were created manually. Of the 8c and 9c stamps, issued in stamp booklets, only one complete row each and some single stamps are still existing in the Musogradian State Philatelic Collection. The 20th anniversary issue consists of 2 stamps displaying the 8c and 9c issues, in a se-tenant row 4 stamps and one center field displaying a row of 9c stamps cancelled with the classic Star stamp. Two variants of the se-tenant strip exist, with different order of the two stamps.

Commemorative Issue "Pierre-Joseph Proudhon"

FM200506 Kosnice Autonomous Province - Proudhon

  • In 2003, the southern town and province of Kosnice experienced a successful Anarchist revolution, with the Libertarian Monetarists - Anarchist Alliance winning power and declaring the Kosnice Autonomous Province, later to become the Libertarian Republic of Kosnice. In 2005, Posta tal Musograd issued a dedicated high value stamp for Kosnice, honouring the founder of the Anarchist movement, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon.
